We’re NT Concepts, a leading provider of mission and technology solutions for the intelligence and national security communities, and we’re pretty excited about a variety of new opportunities to serve our government customers!  Our engineers, software developers and data scientists leverage the latest in artificial intelligence, machine learning, geospatial information systems, data analytics and development platforms to solve complex business challenges.  We’re on the lookout for a business-savvy Talent Acquisition Leader to develop and lead the talent acquisition strategy for our Vienna, Virginia based National Security Solutions division.

You’ve developed workforce planning approaches and recruiting strategies to proactively and efficiently achieve business growth goals.  You have a natural intellectual curiosity which drives you to engage the market to pursue, test and employ different approaches to attract, qualify and deliver hard to find talent. You enjoy digging into requests for proposal and requests for information to understand how NT Concepts can and should develop its workforce to meet those needs. You understand the core financial aspects of government contracting and can lead others through a comprehensive workforce planning approach. You’re looking to join an innovative team that is helping the government do things better in an open, positive and rewarding work environment.  You see yourself as a key member of both our business development and customer delivery teams.

Responsibilities

Your skill sets include the ability to:

  • Grow the business by delivering and developing talent to accelerate and outpace business growth requirements
  • Develop and lead a comprehensive recruiting strategy to effectively compete in the government space.
  • Partner with business unit leaders to build the workforce offerings on key proposal efforts.
  • Develop an active talent pipeline, maintaining on-going relationships with passive candidates.
  • Create and lead a team of sourcers and recruiters to effectively and efficient satisfy current and emerging talent needs.
  • Develop and lead college recruiting initiatives
  • Lead selection and interviewing activities with the hiring team.
  • Negotiate offers and close candidates.
  • Maintain the on-going workforce plan for the National Security Solutions division.

Qualifications

Your qualifications must include:

  • Prior experience leading successful talent acquisition efforts in high-growth environments.
  • Recent working knowledge in the intel community and DoD.
  • Demonstrated experience in driving recruiting strategies and building relationships from the senior executive level to new college grads.
  • Demonstrated analytical aptitude to support metrics development and management.
  • Bachelors degree in a related field.
  • Current security clearance preferred.
