Overview

NT Concepts, a leading provider of business and technology solutions for the intelligence and national security communities, is seeking a candidate with 16 or greater years’ experience, reflecting increased levels of responsibility in supporting Enterprise IT initiatives as years increase. Candidate must be a subject matter expert (SME) in collecting, defining and documenting requirements. Candidate must be a SME in either system engineering or software engineering life-cycle project support. Candidate will be responsible on project to create, draft, and/or review program documentation, generate formal review documentation, briefings, etc. Candidate will be expected to lead and/or participate in control gates and program reviews.  Candidate will coordinate, lead and actively participate in program meetings.  Candidate will track projects studies, plans, action items, take meeting minutes, etc. in support of their assigned program/project. Candidate will have frequent to constant contact with customers, end users and team peers on program/project. Candidate must be able to manage/update the project schedule and provide updates or maintain the master schedule dependent on project role.  Candidate will have cross project, cross customer organization interface and liaison responsibilities. Therefore, candidate will ensure coordination and information flow occur between organizations as appropriately required on program.

Responsibilities

Mandatory Skills

  • Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance
  • Proven SME experience creating, reviewing and maintaining program documentation
  • Proven SME experience supporting & understanding project relationships, dependencies & requirements of hardware & software components
  • Proven SME ability to proactively seek information and lead others on team to do so
  • Proven SME ability to actively participate in meetings, liaison activities, external and internal stakeholder sessions and working groups and lead others on team to do so
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
  • SME experience with MS Office suite to include MS Project
  • Experience working in an Agile project environment
  • Experience using the Project Management Framework methodology

Qualifications

Desired Skills

  • Familiarity or experience with Visio
  • Agile Scrum Master Certification
  • Interest in supporting corporate initiatives e.g. proposals, interviews, etc.
