    NTConcepts has an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and accomplished Software Developer to join our Software Development team. 

    Responsibilities

    • Research, design, develop, and document application software for decision support and analytics tools.
    • Work as a member of an application development team building applications around decision support tools and analytical models.
    • Contribute to the design of front-end and back-end interfaces, databases to support model run process, and meet software compliance standards.
    • Document user functionality, testing, and maintenance procedures.
    • Analyze user requirements and translate into actionable user stories and features.

    Qualifications

    • Proven work experience as a full stack developer
    • Hands on experience with programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, PHP, or similar
    • Hands on experience with databases like SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle and NoSQL databases like MongoDB, Cassandra, HBase
    • Good understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
    • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git, TFS
    • Familiarity with cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, GCP
    • Working knowledge of DEVOPS process
    • Ability to manage a hosting environment, including database administration as well as scaling applications to handle load changes
    • Ability to manage cutting-edge technologies to improve legacy applications and follow emerging technologies.
    • Teamwork skills with a problem-solving attitude
    • BS in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering
    • 4-6 years of related experience, either during school or after graduating
    • Ability to obtain Security Clearance/U.S. Citizenship required
