    NT Concepts is seeking a Material Analyst to support our on-site team in Boyers, PA. This will be in a position of trust, a role that requires integrity, confidentiality, intensity, commitment and pride in our country’s security matters. The primary responsibility of the Material Analyst is to produce high quality, timely, and cost effective processing of completed intermediate case type and case materials achieved through established procedures in a team setting.


    Duties and Responsibilities Include

    • Review sensitive case types and case materials to ensure they meet established guidelines. Determine if the case can be closed or needs additional items scheduled.
    • Communicate instructions to the field on coverage needed to ensure case meets established guidelines.
    • Ensure cases and case materials are processed to meet established guidelines in a timely manner.
    • Ensure guidance to the field is completed in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with established guidelines.
    • Develop and maintain good rapport with customers.
    • Provides quality and timely feedback to the field and customers.
    • Conducts work in a professional manner.
    • Listens and communicates effectively.
    • Flexibility to work adjusted schedule including overtime. Due to the fluctuations in our workload there are times that overtime will be required.
    • Performs in accordance with NTC Code of Conduct.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    • All applicants must be willing to work Saturday, Sunday, holiday hours, and overtime as needed. Work schedules are determined by management on a weekly basis and are determined by workload. All applicants for this position must be able to work first and second shift (which is a 1:00PM to 9:00PM shift).
    • Position requires the ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Moderate lifting.
    • Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required.



    Experience and Education Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • A minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience.  
    • PROFICIENCY IN SCREENING & SCHEDULING is required. Must understand case coverage.
    • Effective communication skills (oral and written).
    • Must have the ability to plan, organizes, and complete multiple assignments with minimal supervision.
    • Position requires the ability to develop and maintain a rapport to ensure work is meeting identified goals with others on a team and on an individual basis.
    • Must be able to analyze written material from numerous sources, identify issues, rank issues depending on their seriousness and determine the proper course of action.
    • Knowledge and understanding of policies and procedures of the organization, department, and all handbooks; basic computer/office literacy, (PIPS, OPM LAN, Microsoft Office, fax, and copier); Computer proficiency and the ability to type 40 words per minute.
