IT Helpdesk Technician (Basic/Entry) providing a full range of help desk and call center support services to maintain IT systems and maximize customer satisfaction. Customer is a government agency with a world-wide IT infrastructure and a critical global mission.
Provide desk-side customer service support including:
Experience with the following technology:
Lenovo customer equipment
MS Windows 7 or 10
MS Office 2010 or higher
Standalone, networked and Multi-Functional Device printers
Smartphones (iPhone and Android)
Remote access technology including: DirectAccess, VMWare, VPN, etc.
AirWatch or equivalent mobile device management System Center
Able to pass a Public Trust-level background check, no security clearance required.
