    Workload Leader-Files/Imaging

    The Workload Leader is responsible for ensuring workload is distributed and assigned to meet performance standards. The Workload Leader’s performance will be evaluated by how timely, accurately and effectively he/she is assigning work, completing workload grids and communicating with internal groups/individuals. This position will close on July 25, 2018 at 11:59 PM.



    • Ensures that workload is covered by reallocating resources and obtaining additional from other areas as needed
    • Maintain and utilize frequent communication with other WLLs/TLs in other areas
    • Verifying accuracy of data and accurately entering it into appropriate data base daily by established deadlines
    • Consults with Operation Managers and determines capacity and workload
    • Check and submit supply orders; weekly and monthly
    • Call/email for repairs on copiers, printers, and scanners
    • Print sign in/out sheets
    • Process email requests
    • Establish consistency with grids in all assigned areas
    • Enter data into O drive determined by date and time
    • Monitor dashboards for assigned area
    • Make runs as necessary to obtain work
    • Process CIRS report (if applicable)
    • Complete and send carryover email daily
    • Escort as needed
    • Work with fellow WLLs to ensure all duties are completed daily including coverage for days off
    • Communicate changes or any issues to management team
    • Manifest as needed
    • Revise mail sheets and/or grids as needed
    • Email dashboards
    • Perform other duties and as required


    Minimum Qualifications:

    • High School diploma or GED and one year progressively responsible administrative work experience
    • A degree may be substituted for work experience
    • One year of progressively responsible experience in administrative roles preferred
    • Previous experience as an employee on the OPM contract helpful, but not required
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Must be able to type and perform data entry accurately
    • Must maintain high level of confidentiality
    • Must be dependable and highly responsible
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Must be well-organized and possess the ability to multi-task
    • Microsoft office proficiency in Word, Outlook and Excel
    • Must have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment
    • Must have the ability to exercise good judgment and decision-making
    • Knowledge of case flow and process and ability to read reports
    • Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required.
