    NT Concepts is seeking a Imaging Technician to support our on-site team in Boyers, PA. The Imaging Technician will be in a position of trust, a role that requires integrity, confidentiality, intensity, commitment and pride in National Security. The main responsibility of the Imaging Technician is to support investigative processes and ensure a timely and accurate product is delivered to the customer.

    Responsibilities

    Duties include the following:

    • Ability to identify documents, document types as well as verify written and typed print for accuracy
    • Serialize cases/material in numerical order
    • Properly receive cases and case material, as well as, forward cases and material to their proper destinations using computer programs/equipment
    • Scan in necessary documents while performing daily maintenance/calibration on imaging and microfilm scanners and machines
    • Provide Quality Assurance in the examination electronic and hardcopy documents working with computer software and microfilm equipment to ensure legibility and accuracy of sensitive information
    • Retrieve investigative records from microfilm rolls as needed
    • Audit and examine printed/microfilmed material for accuracy and legibility, redacting necessary documents.
    • Ability to communicate clearly
    • Ability to pay close attention to detail
    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    Education and Experience Requirements:

    • High School Degree
    • Basic computer/typing skills using Windows XP/Windows 7/Microsoft Office, etc.
    • Administrative – Ability to plan, organize, and complete assignments with minimal supervision.
    • Analytical – Ability to serialize and verify data. Ability to accurately name each form within a case.
    • Interpersonal – Ability to develop and maintain rapport to ensure work is meeting identified team and individual goals. Ability to adapt quickly and alter workload focus in a fast pace environment.
    • Technical – Knowledge and understanding of all case types, forms, and content. Knowledge of what portions of cases are sent back to the agency. Knowledge of Imaging equipment and processes.
    • Work in an underground facility in an office environment. Regularly required to sit, stand, lift 25-50 pounds, walk, reach, bend and move about the office and remote facilities, for extended periods of time.
